Environment/ Climate Control

As a Conservative, I am in favor of protecting our air, water, and land for future generations. The Green Energy economy means two things. First and foremost, JOBS. Jobs for every level of education and capability. Western North Carolina is a powerhouse in the manufacturing industry. Second, a National Security and resiliency priority. Not depending on Canada for oil (as the keystone pipeline would have done). Fossil fuels can be equated to the typewriter in terms of technological prowess, it is time we move (and lead the world) into the digital green energy era.
